Epolin offers SPECTRE™ solvent screen inks for near infrared (NIR) transmitting or blocking applications.

These applications include remote control systems, IR ports, proximity sensors, night vision, touch screens, machine vision, bar codes and other digital electronic devices.

SPECTRE™ screen inks can be printed on PET, Polycarbonate and PVC graphic overlays and substrates.

·         SPECTRE 100 Series

Visibly-opaque, IR-transmitting (VOIRT) inks are visually black but allow transmission of near infrared wavelengths.

·         SPECTRE 300 Series

These are clear, visibly transparent inks which block or absorb discrete near infrared wavelengths.
